X-Rays from "Blue Birds"

"Blue Birds" explored themes of growing up, discovering one's true self, and fully accepting one's inner child. In addition to the character Mary Anne being a physical inner child, the inner child was represented by bluebirds. Without an inner child, there was emptiness and grey holes.
